Many ways leads to success, but genuine success is a product of smart thinking. Smart thinking is a function of self awareness governed by personal idiosyncrasy and a goal getting spirit.
Wake up, for you’re a winner; only ask yourself, what does a winner looks like? What does s/he do? Can I do it, if no why? Is there a winner around you, you can rob minds with? Look, all the winners ever known in history have one thing in common, resilience, which drives them on. They are ever willing to take charge, take risk and accept responsibility for the outcome of their actions. Ultimately their ambition ever, is to achieve a positive result. Success therefore, is benchmarked with result, and anything short of excellent result is a no result to a gritty goal getter.
So to achieve excellent result, you must take an uncompromising stand in the course of executing your task. You must learn to deal with whatever may pose a challenge or hindrance to your set goals; if it needs buying in at some point, you just have to. But always have it at the back of your mind that your have an uncompromising target – excellent result.
Your business philosophy in any negotiation should be that of being in-charge. And that is achievable when you’re able to permeate the heart of your opponent by talking him/her into conviction. So always ask for God’s grace and direction. Once you’re in-charge, you’ll be able to dictate the pace and direction of your negotiation or task.
